Trial Software
The software available to download from this web site is trial software and copyrighted by ASWSystems. The trial software may be used for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days from the date of installation or update free of charge.
The trial software
may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not
modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution
of software without written permission from the copyright holder.
Licensed Software
User must purchase a license to continue using the software after trial period. Use of the software after trial period is governed by the ASWSystems License Agreement which accompanies ASWSystems software.
You should carefully read the terms and conditions of the License Agreement before the purchase of the software license. Your purchase and use of ASWSystems software after trial period indicates your acceptance of the License Agreement.

e-mail with registration file after your payment.
Customer Information
ASWSystems collects
customer information for business purposes only and does not share
or sell this information to any third party entity. The type of
information includes standard contact information such as name,
email and postal address. This information is used to generate
registration file.
Security
Customer who buy through the Regsoft service or
the Avangate service is shopping on a secure server which encrypts
customer's credit card information. This makes it difficult, if not
impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal
information in a unauthorized manner.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The software and documentation are provided "AS IS" and ASWSystems disclaims all other warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, conformance with description, title and non-infringement of third party rights. The user must assume the entire risk of using the software.
